Service Scope
ZY Ventures provides sourcing, packaging development, supplier coordination, quality control coordination and logistics coordination services. ZY Ventures works with independent manufacturing partners and does not represent itself as the manufacturer of the products it coordinates.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the specifications, artwork and requirements they provide, and for confirming that their products and packaging comply with applicable regulations in the destination market.
Intellectual Property
Site content, including text and imagery, belongs to ZY Ventures LLC unless otherwise noted. Customer artwork and product information remain the property of the customer.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZY Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Project-specific obligations are governed by the written agreement or quote covering that project.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
