We look at category experience, capability, minimum order quantities and cost structure, then narrow to the options that realistically fit your project.
We coordinate pricing, specifications and samples for review.
Quotes are documented against the same specification set so they are comparable. Samples are coordinated and reviewed before any commitment to production.
After approval, production begins with ongoing supplier coordination.
We stay involved through production, tracking milestones and keeping specifications, changes and schedules clear on both sides.
We coordinate quality checks, packing and logistics based on project requirements.
Inspection scope, packing details and shipping documentation are coordinated so goods leave the supplier in the agreed condition.
